our proposal

• We will conduct studies on your land and prepare a planning application for a solar farm. If our application is successful, we will lease your land for up to 40 years – the term for which we’ll operate the solar farm. 

   

• We will meet all you costs in relation to making the agreement and pay you an attractive rent – that will rise with inflation – for the term of the lease. 

   

• At the end of the solar farm’s life we will remove all the equipment and return your land to the way we found it.

   

• What we require from you is your promise to allow us to pursue our investigations exclusively and to dedicate the time needed to make the property agreements.
